Terms and Conditions

Our standard manufacturing period is 6 - 8 weeks without exception.

All beds exclude mattress and accessories, unless specifically ordered.

Delivery is not included*.

Beds can be delivered as complete or flat-packed with minor assembly required.

Design-A-Bed accepts no responsibility for damage as a result of collection and/or delivery, and clients are requested to make arrangements for insurance** against such damage.

No orders will be accepted without an Order Form being signed and submitted.

Our payment terms are strictly payment with order.


*Please note that Design-A-Bed does not act on your behalf by enlisting the services of the courier and does not act as the courier and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays or any other problems regarding delivery, including but not limited to, liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

**Please insure goods against damages. All items are checked before leaving our premises to ensure perfect condition before being shipped.
