Design-A-Bed manufactures childrens beds using 16mm supawood to ensure a sturdy and strong design.

All our childrens beds are designed specifically for children aged 2 to 14, unless otherwise specified. We do not accept liability for damages resulting from misuse or abuse.

Beds are manufactured as complete but can be disassembled for flatpack delivery. Please note, however, that we accept no responsibility for assembly of any beds delivered as flatpack, nor do we offer any guarantee for beds delivered as flatpack.

Our standard manufacturing period is 6 - 8 weeks, with the exception of circumstances beyond our control.

All beds exclude mattress and accessories or other fabric/textile accessories, unless specifically ordered.

Delivery is not included*

Design-A-Bed accepts no responsibility for damage as a result of collection and/or delivery, and clients are requested to make arrangements for insurance** against such damage.

Where delivery has been arranged, full disclosure is required by the client as to access. ie. staircases, security gates, lack of easy access, and so on.

 

Assembly is not included

Where clients require beds partially assembled, or in sections, we are in no way responsible for assembly unless by prior arrangement.

No orders will be accepted without an ORDER FORM being signed and submitted.

Our payment terms are strictly payment with order.


*Please note that Design-A-Bed does not act on your behalf by enlisting the services of the courier and does not act as the courier and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays or any other problems regarding delivery, including but not limited to, liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

**Please insure goods against damages. All items are checked before leaving our premises to ensure perfect condition before being shipped.
